30 years teaching experience in private tuition, TAFE colleges, primary schools and secondary schools.
Award winning artist with a lifetime experience in painting, exhibiting and selling artwork.
Writing step by step painting demonstrations and art related features for a variety of Australian magazines and publications in UK and USA.
Annual painting retreats in Fiji, Italy and Bora Bora.
Regularly exhibiting and teaching as artist in residence on Hamilton Island and the Maldives.

Philosophy: Elena Parashko provides a spacious, relaxed and friendly environment where students are encouraged to explore their creative talents at their own pace and level of skill development. Students are encouraged to select their own painting projects to work on to suit their area of interest. Aspects of art theory are taught within this practical context. Elena’s extensive teaching experience and training ensures a high quality learning opportunity. Course content is flexible and will depend on the interests and needs of students in each class. For those who cannot attend class in person due to distance or other circumstances, interactive painting demonstrations are available.

A critique and consultation service is available to support independent painting projects.

Additional specialised weekend workshops will be offered throughout the year.
Fees: Adults - $30 per class, BYO art supplies
Fees are payable in advance on the first day of each term and midterm to secure a place (fees due on dates in bold below). Classes run in accordance with NSW state school terms. Students can begin classes at any time during the term as enrolment is continuous.
